Weight Loss Clinic
PrimeLife is an online weight loss clinic providing structured, clinician-led care for adults who need more support with weight management. Our service is designed for people who want proper clinical assessment, personalised treatment and ongoing guidance rather than a prescription based only on an online form.
Every patient starts with a detailed health assessment and a mandatory video consultation with a qualified clinician. We review your medical history, current medicines, previous weight loss attempts and personal goals before discussing the options that may be suitable for you. Treatment is only prescribed where it is clinically appropriate and safe.
If you join the programme, you will receive a personalised care plan and regular clinical reviews throughout your treatment. We monitor your progress, help you manage side effects and adjust your plan when needed. You will not be expected to manage treatment alone.
The programme is delivered entirely online, so you can access clinical support from home. Where medication is prescribed, it is dispensed by Wellness Pharmacy, a GPhC-registered UK pharmacy, and delivered securely to your address.

Dispensing Through a Registered Pharmacy
Where medication is prescribed, it is dispensed by Wellness Pharmacy, GPhC registration 1092564. Each prescription is reviewed and checked before your medication is prepared and securely dispatched to your address.
Clinician-Led, Personalised, Evidence-Based Care
Our weight loss programme uses Wegovy and Mounjaro, two of the most clinically proven weight loss medications. Your clinician will consider your health, current medicines, previous weight loss attempts and treatment preferences before recommending a plan.
Ongoing Clinical Reviews
Starting treatment is just the beginning. We review your progress, treatment response and any side effects throughout the programme. Your clinician can adjust, pause or stop treatment when clinically necessary. You will not be left to manage this on your own.

Complete Your Online Assessment
Begin by completing a detailed online health assessment. This covers your medical history, current medications, weight loss history, and your goals. It gives your clinician everything they need to review your case thoroughly before your appointment.

Attend Your Mandatory Video Consultation
You will attend a video consultation with one of our specialist clinicians. This is a genuine clinical appointment where your suitability for treatment is assessed, your options are discussed, and any questions you have are answered in full. Nothing is prescribed at this stage without your clinician being satisfied that it is appropriate and safe for you.

Receive Your Personalised Treatment Plan
If treatment is appropriate, your clinician will confirm which medication is right for you and issue a personalised treatment plan. Your prescription is then processed through Wellness Pharmacy. Medication pricing is confirmed with you before any supply is made.

Medication Delivered to Your Door
Your medication is dispensed by our GPhC registered pharmacy and delivered directly to your home. You do not need to visit a clinic or collect a prescription in person. Everything is handled online, securely and efficiently.

Ongoing Monitoring and Reviews
Your programme includes regular clinical reviews to track your progress and keep your treatment on course. If something needs adjusting, your clinician will make those changes. For patients who want to go further, our Longevity Coaching service supports long-term health optimisation alongside your weight loss treatment.

No. Medication is only prescribed where it is clinically appropriate following your assessment. If your clinician determines that medication is not right for you, they will discuss the reasons and signpost you to appropriate alternatives.
Yes. PrimeLife is powered by Wellness Pharmacy, a GPhC registered pharmacy. We operate in compliance with Welsh regulatory standards and in line with MHRA guidelines for the supply of prescription medicines. All patient data is stored securely in accordance with ICO data protection standards.
